Refund policy

At Flipzy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at flipzy2026@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 

• Nabatieh,El Kfour Street, Maatouk Bldg.
• Ashrafieh, Mar Mitr Street, Luxury Boutique Bldg. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
• Gift cards.
• Digital products.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
